【Notice: change of venue (October 11) and event cancellation (October 12)】(October 10, 7:30 p.m.)
As we announced the change of venue yesterday on October 9 ( Wed), the performance “Noh theater in the garden -Experience Japanese Beauty in an Urban Forest-” scheduled on October 11 (Fri) and 12 (Sat) will be changed as below.
October 11 (Fri): The performance will take place at Kita Noh Theatre (4-6-9 Kamiosaki, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, the nearest station: Meguro station [JR Yamanote Line, Tokyu Meguro Line]) on October 11.
We kindly ask for your understanding, and are looking forward to welcoming you.
※October 12 (Sat): Due to approaching typhoon, the performance “Noh Theater in the garden -Experience Japanese Beauty in an Urban Forest-” scheduled on Saturday 12th October has been canceled. (No rescheduled performance)

Due to approaching typhoon, the cancellation of the performance “Noh Theater in the garden -Experience Japanese Beauty in an Urban Forest-” scheduled on Saturday 12th October was announced by the organizer.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding.

Therefore, we will inform you about how to refund the tickets of the performance scheduled on October 12 (Sat).
Please kindly follow the instruction below and process it during the refund period.

Please kindly send the tickets you purchased together with requested information shown below, by simple registered mail.

The amount of money to be refund will include total tickets price, ticketing fee for purchasing, system usage fee, and return fee (upper limit of 404yen).

Enrich your soul with a traditional “Noh” performance in an autumn garden
Experience autumn performances of the traditional art of “Noh” in the Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Art Museum’s urban grove.
The themes of this open-air event are “the mountains” and “the sea”.
The first evening features “Kurozuka (The Black Mound)”, and the following day presents “Funa-Benkei (Benkei in a Boat)”.
Both are dynamic pieces and Noh staples, with themes that explore humanity.
Enjoy the traditional beauty of these performances in a natural setting, nestled in a quiet corner of the metropolis.
※With English translator and subtitles.

＜Notes＞
・Please be noted that you may not be able to take consecutive seats in case you purchase two or more seats.
・You are able to purchase up to 5 tickets per program.
・No entry for children under 6 years old.
・Tickets for wheelchair users are available at Kita Noh Theatre(Tel:03-3491-8813)
・No photography during the program.
・All programs and performances are subject to chang without notice.
・If you show the tickets of this program at ticket booth of Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Art Museum,
you are able to purchase, with 20% discount of the exhibition ticket of ' Images of Asia(tentative title)',
held at the museum from Saturday, 12th Oct, 2019 to Monday, 13th January, 2020.
