Participants must be at least 16 years old (those 15 and under are not allowed).
Must have balance sufficient to ride a bicycle.
Must be able to understand safety instructions in English.
Must not be pregnant.
Must not have chronic conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, or dizziness.
Must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Passport required for identity verification (driver’s license not necessary)
Participants must sign a waiver form including liability disclaimers
A brief safety and operation briefing is required (approx. 5 minutes)
Basic English comprehension is necessary
Footwear must be secured (e.g., sneakers or athletic shoes)
※ Prohibited footwear: sandals, high heels, platform shoes, Crocs, etc.
Handheld luggage is not allowed. Please bring a backpack or crossbody bag to keep both hands free
No storage service available—please use paid lockers on-site (large luggage must be stored in advance)
