Conveying Feelings Through Sound and Calls
~The World of Various Hayashi (Japanese Traditional Music)~

This program, planned from the unique perspective of Hayashi musicians, will showcase a variety of dances and allow you to enjoy the dramatic "utai" (chanting) of Noh through the sounds and calls of the Hayashi. The Noh play "Hashi Benkei" will be performed with the rare "Fue no Maki" (Flute Scroll) notation, which is only found in the Kanze school, so don't miss this opportunity!
