• TKTS is a discount ticket store that sells last-minute tickets at officially discounted prices.
  TKTS offers a wide range of entertainment tickets, from musicals and plays, traditional Japanese Noh and Kabuki plays, small-scale theater companies, live music concerts, sporting events, and exhibitions, at discounted prices (some at regular prices) from one week prior to the performance.
  We offer “high-quality Japanese entertainment content” to light users of theater at affordable prices because it is just before the performance.
• In 2019, the operating organization of TKTS in New York, TDF (Theatre Development Fund - a not for profit organization) granted us a first official license among Asia, and as such, TKTS will have its first official locations here in Japan.
  Opening in NY Times Square in 1973, TKTS in New York is the official discount ticket seller for same-day tickets in New York. With 2 locations (Times Square and Lincoln Center), they exclusively sell same-day and next-day tickets to Broadway and Off-Broadway shows at great discounts.
  On especially busy days, people have been known to line-up up to 2 hours before opening, with an average daily sale of upwards of 7,000 tickets being sold. An institution of the Broadway theater community for over 46 years, it is difficult to mention tickets from Broadway shows without talking about them.
