From Nuremberg to Manchester, Singapore, and Hong Kong, Kahchun Wong's arrangement of "Pictures at an Exhibition" finally receives its Japanese premiere!

Chief conductor Kahchun Wong's arrangement of Mussorgsky's "Pictures at an Exhibition" is a creative and ambitious program that fuses Western orchestra with traditional Chinese instruments, featuring soloists from the Singapore Chinese Orchestra (SCO). Unlike the common Ravel arrangement, its most distinctive feature is the incorporation of Chinese folk instruments in a concerto grosso-like format while respecting the original structure of the piano piece. The following five traditional instrument soloists from the SCO join the orchestral sound to create a truly unique "Pictures at an Exhibition."
