The Main Tower of Osaka Castle stands tall against the sky at the center of the extensive premises of the castle. The observation deck on the 8th floor commands a panoramic view of Osaka Castle Park and the Osaka Plain, while the exhibition rooms showcase authentic historical artifacts. You can learn first-hand about the attractive features of castles, dramatic stories of warlords and the interesting history of Osaka.

・Elevator

・Luggage storage
There are no coin lockers in the building. You can leave your luggage at the ticket office for 100 yen per piece. Reception is open from 9:00 to 16:30, and please pick up your luggage by 17:00.

・Strollers
Strollers are allowed inside the facility, but we may request that you leave them outside during peak periods to prevent potential risks. If this is the case, we will happily store your stroller for you free of charge at the ticket gate.

・Wheelchair
Seven wheelchairs are available for rent at Osaka Castle Tower but can only be used within the building.
It is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations cannot be made.

・Information Desk (located on the first floor and fifth floor)
Our team includes multilingual staff to assist you with any questions.
We offer free rental of audio guide devices in Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese.
Our reception is open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and we kindly ask that you return any rented items by 4:30 PM. Please note that we have a limited number of rental items available.

・Photography
Photography is prohibited on the 3rd and 4th floors due to the display of important cultural properties. However, you may take photographs anywhere else.

Visitors to Osaka Castle Tower must not engage in actions that violate cultural property protection or interfere with other visitors' safety or viewing experience. Kindly avoid performing the following actions.
・Taking photographs in areas where photography is prohibited are not allowed unless the museum has granted explicit permission.
・Visitors are prohibited from using photographic equipment that obstructs the view of others.
・Consumption of food and beverages is prohibited.
・Conversations carried out loudly are prohibited.
・It is forbidden to sit on the floor.
・It is advised not to use a smartphone while walking. It is essential to be aware of your surroundings and stay safe.
・It is prohibited to engage in any other behaviors that cause annoyance or pose a threat to safety.
Pets are not allowed. (Excluding guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs)
