Thank you very much for your continued use of TKTS.

This performance has been extremely popular, and at some stores, a large number of customers have gathered immediately after opening, resulting in an environment where we have been unable to fully provide a setting in which visiting customers can purchase tickets with peace of mind.

Therefore, from a safety and operational standpoint, we will be changing the sales stores, sales start times, and purchase quantity limits for tickets to this performance as follows, effective Friday, September 4th.

Sales Start: 18:00 on the 7th day before each performance date
Purchase Limit: 1 ticket per person per performance date

*For information on performances handled, please check the "Today's Lineup" on the TKTS website, which is updated daily at 9:00 AM.
*When lining up, please follow the instructions given by staff.
*Please note that depending on the congestion level on the day, we may be forced to change the sales method or sales time, or cancel sales altogether. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
