Announcement of the refund of “Noh theater in the garden -Experience Japanese Beauty in an Urban Forest-”

Due to approaching typhoon, the cancellation of the performance “Noh Theater in the garden -Experience Japanese Beauty in an Urban Forest-” scheduled on Saturday 12th October was announced by the organizer.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding.

Therefore, we will inform you about how to refund the tickets of the performance scheduled on October 12 (Sat).
Please kindly follow the instruction below and process it during the refund period.

Please kindly send the tickets you purchased together with requested information shown below, by simple registered mail.


1.Account information for refunded transfer
[The name of financial institution, the branch name, account number, and account holder’s name]
2.Your name and ID number of Conffeti you registered (Your name and telephone number will be requested if you purchased via telephone and TKTS.)
3.Your telephone number

The amount of money to be refund will include total tickets price, ticketing fee for purchasing, system usage fee, and return fee (upper limit of 404yen).
*The points granted when purchasing will be processed appropriately. Thank you for your understanding.
*Please be sure to send by simple registered mail. Please note that refunds would not be possible in the event of a non-arrival accident caused by ordinary mail.
